At this time we do not offer gift certificates or gift cards.

How and when do I pay for the service?2020-07-22T20:24:25+00:00

Payment is due after the service is completed and we take cash, checks and cards. Our emailed invoices include a link to pay online with a credit card or, if you prefer, you can mail a check to the address on the invoice.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?2020-07-22T20:23:56+00:00

Generally you do not have to do anything to prepare for our services but if you have any items sitting on window sills that you’re able to move aside before we come that is certainly appreciated.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?2020-07-22T20:23:31+00:00

We are fully insured and licensed however we are not bonded as cleaning services in Idaho are not required to be.

Do you offer a rain guarantee?2020-07-22T20:23:06+00:00

Idaho weather is unpredictable and it can be difficult to rely on weather forecasts to determine if, when or how much it may rain. In the busiest months our schedule is often booked several weeks out. Because of these two factors we cannot offer a rain guarantee at this time. If you are concerned about the rain affecting your windows we strongly encourage you to call at least 24 hours before your appointment as we do have a cancellation policy. For interior and exterior window cleaning jobs we recommend, if you’re not able to contact us prior to the 24 hour window, cleaning just the insides at your scheduled time and rescheduling the outside service. This allows our technicians to still come and do part of the work while avoiding a cancellation charge.

Yes. We have a $50 cancellation fee if we are not notified more than 24 hours before your appointment. We work hard to always show up for our appointments and get to our jobs right when we say we will. We greatly appreciate when our customers respect our time as well.

My window was cleaned but it still looks hazy or foggy. Can you fix that?2020-07-22T20:21:53+00:00

Most of the time this is the result of the seal around the window being broken. This allows condensation to build up between the two panes of glass. If the seal is not broken the other reason may be that hard water has built up on the glass. We offer hard water removal as a separate service. Click here to learn more.

Yes, we have a $100 minimum for residential jobs and a $75 minimum for monthly storefront accounts.

We service the Treasure Valley including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Nampa, Caldwell and Kuna as well as Cascade, McCall, Donnelly and Lake Fork.

Do you offer any discounts such as senior, military, student, etc.?2020-07-22T20:20:22+00:00

We do not offer any discounts for those situations but we do offer frequency discounts for window cleaning. The discounts depend on how often the service is done: monthly, bi-monthly (every two months) and quarterly (every three months).

We accept cards, cash and checks.

Do I have to be home for the estimate or job?2020-07-22T20:19:39+00:00

No one has to be home for an estimate or an exterior cleaning job but we’ll need to have access to the backyard. For interior cleaning jobs we work at your comfort level. Some customers feel comfortable allowing us to work inside when they are not home but we will never expect or require that.
